1. Introduction

     As the first business unit, Tempering Furnace Division (TFD) is always the core sector of NorthGlass with the world's largest sales value since 20 years ago and keeps this record for 12 years.

     TFD owns world-class glass tempering process and equipment R & D capability with a strong 50-personnel R & D team. TFD currently owns more than 130 national patents, always keeping her technology-leading position in the industry. 

     TFD owns strong manufacturing capability, with 450 manufacture personnels, 45,000 m2 industrial plants as well as more than 160 sets of different types of machineries ( inclu. more than 40 sets of high-grade CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and CNC machining centers) . With a production capacity of 25-30 sets per month, TFD has cumulatively produced and sold more than 4000 tempering furnaces all over the world.   

     TFD owns complete sales & service network, doing business in all regions of China and more than 80 countries and regions around the world. 7 permanent representative offices of after-sale service has been set at home for convenient and fast customer service; another 7 service regions has been set abroad, teaming them with full-time customer-service managers. The excellent customer-service team of more than 140 personnels and complete service network are the powerful guarantee to NorthGlass furnaces' efficient and stable running all over the world.

2. Certification

       (1) Quality System Certification

      Passed GB/T 19001-2000/ ISO 9001-2000 certification in 2002, and passed GB/T 19001-2008/ ISO 9001-2008 certification in 2014. NorthGlass's effective complementation of advanced quality management system conforming to international standards is the basis and guarantee of sound reputation of NorthGlass products.

      (2) Product Certification

     Passed UL third-party certification in 2005 and got UL certificate; Passed TUV certification and got  a new CE certificate in 2016. The safety certification from Europe and North America with internationally highest technology requirements will help NorthGlass to expand her global business more smoothly.
